Items purchased from Juliette Cross Books are non refundable/non returnable.

All sales are final, but if your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us with a picture of the damaged piece in the original packaging within 5 days of arrival. Consideration will be made if we can send you a new item, a refund if a new item is not available, or we will direct you to place a claim with USPS

All orders are shipped from within the United States via USPS. Due to high volume of USPS, processing and delivery delays may occur. Items are processed to ship quarterly as specified on the product and shop page.

Juliette Cross Books is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages/items. All orders are sent with tracking unless otherwise noted. After the package has left its shipping location, tracking is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Juliette Cross Books has the right to deny a refund/return at any time. The Return Policy is subject to change at any time without notice.

Patreon Discount Codes are for current patreon members of Juliette Cross Books only. If a discount code was used and you are not a current member your order will be cancelled.
